Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using any of the enterprise systems, software platforms, or custom development services provided by Arsasoft.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing software solutions from Arsasoft, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Software Licensing & Usage

All software products (including POS, Doctor Prescription, and College Management systems) are licensed, not sold. Arsasoft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software according to the purchased plan. Redistribution, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized modifications are strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account activities. Arsasoft will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login details.

4. Payments & Refunds

Services are billed based on your selected plan. All payments are final. Any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis according to our customer support policy.

5. Support & System Maintenance

We strive to ensure continuous uptime and provide updates and technical support according to your Service Level Agreement (SLA). Arsasoft reserves the right to perform scheduled system maintenance with prior notification to minimize downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability

Arsasoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software products or services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
